The HGV Maui timeshare was originally schedule to open in the Spring of 2021. Although construction delays are always a possibility, the HGV Maui was delayed until 2022 (no exact timeframe beyond that) mostly I suspect because of Covid and its impact on travel to Hawaii.
So now that travel to Hawaii is happening again, it is no surprise that construction is happening again. I happened to be in Maui (life’s a beach), so I took a few short videos of the construction in process (staying off the property so not trespassing). Enjoy the update as of late May 2021
