Located in Pismo Beach about 3 hours north of Los Angeles, is a small Worldmark timeshare. It is located just behind a hotel and about 100 yards from the beach. The one bedroom unit has a full kitchen and built in laundry. There is a grill on the premise, so there is everything you need.
These units are in high demand. Most, if not all of the units were booked 13 months in advance (as was mine). But it is worth the wait as the location near the wonderful beach is stunning.
