Today’s video is my initial comparison of Hilton, Marriott, WOrldmark, Hyatt, and Holiday Timeshare companies. I own Hilton, Marriott, and Worldmark and I am evaluating Hyatt and Holiday Inn.
My initial findings are that Hyatt doesn’t have a significant number of properties. and their quality is inconsistent. Holiday Inn seems to compare to Worldmark but with only 30 locations. In both cases, it seems like the industry leaders have consolidated their offerings and Holiday Inn and Hyatt look like takeover targets.
