I’ve been paying my maintenance for the year, so it has been my annual review of the timeshare industry. What I read about was very interesting in that most of the people writing about it say that the industry is ready for Growth.
In this video, I will summarize what I have been reading and adding my own experience which is consistent with what others are saying. First is that Gen Z and Millennials have discovered timeshares as they have gotten older. In addition, the Costs for AirBnb and VRBO have risen along with the cost of hotels. THe last two topics I will cover are the Boomer being retired and the Industry Consolidation.
