I created a comparison of three timeshares on the island of Maui. Maui is wonderful island full of beautiful sunsets. The timeshares I compared were quite different. Kihei is more of a beach town with small shops. Ka’anapali is more built up and modern, but there is also some of the old town around Lahaina. So, depending on what you like, you have some good option.
I should preface this comparison that I like to understand a little about how people live in an area. I am not as much a person who wants to see all of the tourist sites. I prefer to mix in with local people and get a sense of what it is like. I am not a person who spends their vacation running to every tourist spot on the map or lays out on the beach to get a “perfect tan”. I prefer long walks along the ocean or listening to the waves. I enjoy the local coffee, the local fish, and the fresh fruits. My review gives you options for what is possible… From the beach person to the first time visitor to the islands to someone like me.
