Welcome to my new segment where I provide a beach bum view of different locations. These are overall things I enjoy about different locations. I am not intending to compete with sites that have lots of tourists reviews, but more of a personal view of what I enjoy. I try to be a laid back beach bum (isn’t that the definition?) even when there is no beach (like in the Arizona desert :-)). There are lots of Timeshares in the Phoenix area and this video is applicable to all of the timeshares.
