I know it sounds a bit hard to believe, but if you follow a few simple rules, you will be amazed at the number of free nights you can earn. This is in part because I am a timeshare owner and I earn a lot of points paying for my maintenance fees plus I get offered a lot of trips by the timeshare companies where I am an owner. But the timeshare companies will also offer you incentive based trips (the value for hotel stays is much greater than the $100 gift card). And I leverage the credit cards offered by the timeshare companies (that also have hotels).
I have created a video of how I earn my 29 free nights per year including the hotel examples (I picked either Las Vegas or Orlando as those locations are available at all hotel chains). The hotels I picked all had kitchens so you could save money by cooking your own meals and reducing the cost of a trip.
