One of the big negatives of timeshares in social media is the ever increasing Maintenance fees and how these are so huge and surprising. And while it is true that timeshare sales people do not mention that costs go up, it should not be a surprise that maintaining timeshares costs more each year. It is not that much different than owning a condo or Townhome.
In this video, I first look at inflation, social security increases for 2026, hotel expected prices, and AirBnB. Then I look at how my 2026 maintenance increase compare to core inflation and other similar industries (AirBnB). And lastly, I will discuss the impacts and lastly concerns about other increases.
